Rows go straight into your Google Sheet as a tab, tagged with the file name and today’s date, so you can filter by upload later. Tip: you can also drag a CSV anywhere onto the dialer.
Setup
Call history and Stats are shown in this zone. Auto-detect follows wherever your computer is.

Record the lines you say most (your own voice), then play them into a live call with one tap from the call bar. The other side hears it exactly as if you said it. Use headphones so the clip isn’t picked up twice.
Used for the Mine / Unassigned / Everyone switch, the Rep column on the call log, and the "working this lead" lock other reps see. First or last name is enough.
A link pattern. Put a sheet column name in curly braces and it's filled in per lead — e.g. {CRM ID}, {Company}, {Phone 1}. If a column already holds a full link (anything starting with http), it's used automatically and you can leave this blank. The lead's name then opens the CRM record in a new tab.
During a call, tap GK on the call bar for the gatekeeper playbook.
Re-derives statuses from the call log for the list you have open: a lead marked Contacted with no real conversation on record goes to No answer, and a Not called lead that has actually been dialed goes to No answer. Warm, Potential, Meeting set, Closed, Not interested and DNC are never touched.
Type the exact name of a tab in your Google Sheet. Statuses and notes are saved back to that same tab. Leave it blank to use the default.

Team logins
Anyone you add signs in at this same address and works the same sheet and the same numbers.
Who can use each lead list
Tap names to give them a tab. A tab with nobody picked is open to every login. You (admin) always see everything.
Backend (advanced)
Point this dialer at a different account's services. Leave blank for the defaults. Changing these signs you out.
Statuses and notes are written straight into the sheet, so this device stores nothing but a cached copy and your session.

Call history
Gatekeeper playbook
Sound like you belong. First name only, no company: “Hey, it’s Ross — is Jared around?” Relaxed, a little bored. Never “May I speak with…”.
“Who’s calling?” → “It’s Ross.” (pause). If pushed: “Ross, with Gold Gate — he’ll know what it’s about.”
“What’s this regarding?” → “Some paperwork on the business’s funding — quicker if I just grab him for 30 seconds.”
“He’s busy / not available” → “No problem — is he usually at his desk mornings or afternoons?” Note it, call back then.
“Can I take a message?” → “Sure — tell him Ross called about the funding file, I’ll try his cell too.”
Make them an ally: get their name, use it, thank them. “Thanks, Maria — big help.”
Blocked twice? Tap Gatekeeper in notes and call before 8:30 AM or after 5 PM their time, when the owner picks up the line.
